This is an experiential workshop, where we will engage in mindfulness & meditation practices that:
- Nurture Self- Compassion
- Deepen Self-Acceptance
- Help us embrace ourselves & heal
- Develop compassion in relationships
- Hold compassionate space
- Cultivate Joy
I will be teaching about compassion, self-compassion and the practices we use, however this program is HIGHLY EXPERIENTIAL as we will be engaging in mindfulness, breathing and meditation practices throughout the day. Chairs are provided, but you may want to bring a meditation cushion, pillows or yoga mat if you are more comfortable using these for the practices. Come in comfortable clothing.
No pre-requisites or prior knowledge are necessary to engage in this workshop.
Financial scholarships are available.
I aim to make my programs as accessible as possible. I hope that everyone will pay what they can, and know that I also offer full scholarships to anyone in need.
